Parts Availability & Replacement Notice – Quebec Law Compliance

In accordance with the new law in Quebec, we confirm that:

• Replacement parts for all of our products are kept in stock and available for a minimum period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. In many cases, parts remain available for longer.
• Parts are designed to be easy to replace using commonly available standard tools, without the need for specialized equipment.
• Where available, we can also assist in connecting customers with a qualified service technician to complete the replacement work if needed.
